Covid-19 Policy

Thank you for your flexibility as we adapt your appointment to meet the best practices as outlined by the Province of BC.

• Telephone and on-line appointments continue to be available.

• In-person appointments are available with these protocols in place: 

• Please let us know when you have arrived then take a seat outside our door. To maintain physical distancing we will invite you in once the reception area is clear.

• Once inside please use our hand sanitizer.

• Please bring your own personal beverage. 

• At the end of your appointment you can complete the re-booking and payment in the office if the reception area is clear, or, feel free to exit directly and arrange your next booking and payment by phone. 

• If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment please do not come into the office. We will be happy to meet you on-line or by phone, or reschedule your appointment.

Your safety and wellness are our priority. Please don’t hesitate to speak with us in advance of your appointment if you have any questions or concerns.
