Homeopathic principles and methodology will include the following:
Student Clinic will continue to be held on Fridays. In this year, you will be taking cases under the supervision of a professional homeopath. This format enables you to develop your casetaking and case analysis skills in a supportive environment. It provides the opportunity for you to apply your knowledge of homeopathy to actual cases. Patients seen in the clinic will be followed throughout the year so you are able to experience various case management issues.
Clinical Supervision is in addition to your time in Student clinic. You will be required to submit for supervision, 3 cases on paper, video, or live, each with a minimum of 2 follow-ups. You will be assigned a supervisor/mentor to work with you on a more personal basis to guide you in the development of your clinical skills.
Materia Medica will include more polychrests and smaller remedies and there will be more emphasis on family and kingdom groupings.
Human Sciences
This will be a continuation from Year Two. Pathology and orthodox treatment of diseases will be taught.
