An application form is available in pdf format to download. Please return the completed form along with the following enclosures:
- Resume/CV focusing on your major activities (occupational, educational, volunteer) pursuits and personal interests of the last ten years.
- Essay outlining your reasons for wishing to study homeopathy and any experiences/training you may have had in other health care modalities.
- Letters of Reference, one professional and one personal. Both must have known you for a minimum of two years and cannot be relatives.
- Deposit of $200 which is a non-refundable administrative fee to be paid by cheque to the Vancouver Homeopathic Academy.
